Louis E. Cabral, 82, formerly of Varley St. passed away Monday at Clifton Nursing Center. Born in Fall River, son of the late Luiz and Maria Cabral. He graduated from Durfee High School in 1950 and served in the US Army during the the Korean Conflict. After the service he went on to live in New York for close to 50 years, before retiring to San Diego, then returning to this area. While in New York and San Diego, he was active with several theater companies and was a card holding member of the Actors Equity. Beloved brother of Dennis Cabral (wife-Barbara), Zulmira Medeiros, Lydia Medeiros and the late Virginia Banville, Theodore Cabral (widow-Lorraine of Somerset) and Teresa Cabral. Lou also leaves many nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, August 1, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by a private cremation.
