Louis "The Hawk" Kazen, 88, of Swansea, husband of Ramona V. (Miranda) Kazen, to whom he was married for 60 years, passed away peacefully on Tuesday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in New Jersey, son of the late Louis and Fannie (Medeiros) Kazen, he worked for Duro Finishing for many years prior to his retirement. Beloved father of Mona Lisa Santos and the late John Kazen; brother of  Bernadette Huck, Candice Kazen and the late Maurice, Sonny, and Gilbert Kazen. Lou also leaves five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, June 4th, in St. Anthony of The Desert Church followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
