Lucy (Nunes) Fazzina, 81, widow of Alexander Fazzina, passed away on Friday. Residing in Somerset since 1968, she left work in the garment trade at an early age to raise her family. Lucy enjoyed dancing. Daughter of the late Manuel and Victoria (Cordeiro) Nunes. Mother of David A. Fazzina, Nancy Jeffrey, Rosalind Costa and Joanne Machado; sister of Alfred Nunes, step-sister of Mary Inez Botelho, grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 7. She was also the grandmother of the late Michael Brilhante, Jr. and predeceased by 5 sisters and 5 brothers. Her funeral service was held at our Fall River Chapel during her visiting hours on Wednesday, June 3. Cremation was private.
