Luis F. Sousa, 54, of Fall River, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at St. Anne's Hospital. He was the husband of Sonia C. (Aguiar) Sousa. Born in St. Michael, Azores, a son of Maria Fatinha (Ferreira) Sousa, of St. Michael, and the late Arsenio Sousa, he emigrated to Fall River in 1991.

Luis worked for many years as a laborer in the construction industry, mainly with A. A. Penta Masonry of Stoneham, MA. He was a fan of Santa Clara and Benfica soccer teams and enjoyed motorcross and rally racing.

Besides his wife, and mother, he is survived by: two sons, Kyle C. Sousa (wife Jessica) and Cameron P. Sousa both of Fall River; two stepsons, Christian Andrade and Igor Vieira both of Fall River; three siblings, Pedro Sousa and Sandra Resendes, both of St. Michael, Azores, and Ana DaCosta of Bermuda; a granddaughter, Alaia Sousa; three step grandchildren, Savannah, Mikey, and Chloe Pacheco; and several nieces and nephews. Luis was predeceased by a son, Corey A. Sousa.

His Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, July 2nd, during a visitation period in our Fall River Chapel. A private cremation followed.
