Lydia Lizotte, 84, of Fall River, widow of Raymond Lizotte, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Carvalho Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Augustine Costa and the late Mary (Terceira) Costa, she resided in Westport most of her life.

She was employed in the local textile industry for many years, and in her retirement worked at the Cumberland Farms of Westport for 13 years. She was a member of St. George Church, Westport.

She is survived by: a daughter, Karen Sardinha of Fall River; four siblings, Naomi Fournier of Westport, Rosalie Arruda of Fall River, Augustine Costa of Somerset, and Steven Costa of Florida; five grandchildren, Brandon Correia (wife Shanna), Robert Furtado, Arryane Sardinha, David Sardinha, and Shane Sardinha; ten great grandchildren plus one on the way; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Kathleen Chaves.

Her funeral arrangements were private.
