Madeline DiNardo, 72, of Fall River, passed away Friday at St. Anne's Hospital. Widow of James G. "Butch" DiNardo. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late John V. and Emily (Costa) Carvalho. An Air Force veteran, she went on to work for BoMar Mfg. Co. and later Deknatel where she was a communications analyst. Beloved mother of Jim DiNardo, Jr. (wife-Nancy) of Westport and Robin L. DiNardo of Assonet; devoted grandmother of Summer, Collin, Taylor and Sophia; sister of JohnV. Carvalho, Jr. of Somerset, Dolores Mello and Terri A. Place both of Fall River and the late Louise Holt and Charlie Carvalho. She was mother-in-law of the late Peter Colangelo and also leaves many nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, March 2, in Immaculate Conception Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
