Manuel Amaral, of Fall River, husband of the late Maria Natalia Amaral, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Born in Santo Antonio, Ponta Delgada, Azores. He was a mason all of his life. He leaves: his children, Natalia DaSilva and her husband Arnold, Paula Salvador  both of Canada, Lucy Amaral and her husband Ronald Buhour of Dighton, Carlos Amaral, Theresa Bernado and her husband Fernando, MaryLou Medeiros and her husband Michael , Helena Sousa and her late husband Octavio Sousa, Sonia Amaral and her husband Paul, Elisabeth Dias and her husband Eric, Filomena Texeira and her husband Paul Cormier, and  MaryJo Jose and her husband Flurmindo all of Fall River; twenty three grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren. He was the brother of Jose Amaral  and Antonio Amaral and Maria dos Anjos Pereira all of Canada. He was the father of the late Carlos M. Amaral and the late Sandra Amaral, and the grandfather of the late Solange Jose. He was the father in law of the late Octavio Sousa. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, April 3rd, in Espirito Santo Church followed by his committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
