Manuel DaRosa, 90, of Fall River, passed away on Sunday. He was the husband of Isaltina (Arruda) DaRosa. Born in Fenais da Luz, St. Michael, Azores, son of the late Manuel & Maria (Estrella) DaRosa. Survivors include sons, Eduardo DaRosa of Dartmouth and Jose DaRosa of Swansea; daughters, Celia Nobrega of Fall River and Fatima Ladino of Dartmouth; sisters, Clotilde Rego, Venilde Estrella and Maria do Carmo Sousa; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was also father of the late Maria Relvinha and brother of the late Adelina Fita and Daniel DaRosa. His funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Espirito Santo Church. He was laid to rest at Notre Dame Cemetery.
