Manuel DeSousa, 85, of Fall River, passed away Thursday after an illness. Husband of Ernestina DeSousa. Born in St. Michael, Azores and one of nine children, he was a son of the late Victorino and Isabel DeSousa. In addition to his wife of over 50 years, survivors include; children, David DeSouza, Odete and Lucia DeSousa; grandchildren, Krystal and David DeSouza, Jr. He will be sorely missed and always remembered. His Funeral Mass was celebrated in Espirito Santo Church. He was laid to rest in Notre Dame Cemetery.
