Manuel B. Revoredo, 82, of Swansea, husband of the late Maria J. Medeiros, passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021, at St. Anne's Hospital.  Born in Capelas, St. Michael, Azores, son of the late Joao Botelho Rovoredo and the late Francelina da Encarnacao Batista, he resided in Fall River for the past ten years.

He worked for the city of Capelas, and throughout the island of St. Michael, as part of municipal street cleaning service for many years. Manuel was a member of the Pentacostal Assembly Church of New Bedford. He loved soccer and his favorite team was Benfica.

He is survived by: three children, Paulo Rovoredo of Fall River, Ana Reed (husband Erick) of Taunton, and Flavio Rovoredo (wife Rosa) of Fall River; daughter-in-law and caregiver (with whom he lived), Maria Raposo of Swansea; five siblings, Maria Luisa Pereira of St. Michael, Azores, Margaret Aguiar of Fall River, Fatima Dutra of Peabody, MA, Conceicao Ramalho of St. Michael, Azores, and Lurdes Melo of St. Michael, Azores; six grandchildren, Felipe Andre Silvia, Diana Medeiros, Carolina Moniz, Alex Revoredo, Beatriz Gomes, and Kelly Rovoredo; seven great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was also the father of the late Pedro M. Revoredo; and brother of the late Maria Carmo Nunes and Jose Duarte Revoredo.

His Funeral Service was held on Wednesday, June 30th, in our Somerset Chapel, followed by his committal at Vinnicum Woods Cemetery in Swansea.
