Manuel B. Salvador, 79, of Fall River, died Friday 12/7/12 at home. Born in Sao Pedro de Tomar, Portugal, son of the late Manuel & Maria C. (Batista) Salvador, he emigrated to Fall River in the late 1960s. He worked at Aluminum Processing / Lightolier for 20 years until his retirement in the late 1990s, and was a member of St. John's Athletic Club. Longtime friend of Edith Sullivan. Father of Manuel B. (Jr), James, John, & David Salvador. The youngest of 7 siblings, he also leaves: 7 grandchildren; several nieces & nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, December 10, in St Anthony of Padua Church followed by his committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
