Margarida C. Pacheco, 84, of Fall River, wife of Antonio E. Pacheco, passed away unexpectedly, on Monday, August 17, 2026, at St. Anne’s Hospital. Born in Agua Retorta, St. Michael, Azores, Margarida was a daughter of the late Manuel Cabral and the late Luciana (Pacheco) Cabral.

Margarida loved to cook and care for her family.

Besides her husband, Margarida leaves her siblings, Maria Meteus, of Fall River, Amelia Pereira, of Fall River, Rosa Araujo, of Fall River, Lucia Cardoso, of Fall River, Tasiana Cura, of Westport and Ana Torres, of Fall River; and several nieces and nephews. Margarida was predeceased by her daughter Luciana Pacheco and her brother Cristavo Manuel Cabral.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Visitation to be held in Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford Street, Fall River, on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.

Her Funeral will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. from Silva-Faria Funeral Home, 730 Bedford Street, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church. Committal and Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
