Marguerite T. Vickers, age 92, formerly of Bedford Street in Fall River, Massachusetts, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 20011, following a brief illness. She was the widow of James W. Vickers. A daughter of the late Joseph Trombino and the late Margaret (Mc Ginnis) Trombino, she was a graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School Class of 1936, and was employed for many years as a sewing machine operator by the Needlecraft Mfg. Co. Marguerite was a member of the Flora Dora Girls Club, the Italian American War Veterans and AARP. Surviving family members include her brother-in-law, Rosindo Sasso, and many cousins and friends. She was also the sister of the late Pauline Sasso. Her family would like to thank the staff at Kimwell Nursing Home for the wonderful care given Marguerite. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, April 1, in Holy Rosary Church. Following her committal service, Marguerite was laid to rest with her husband James at St Patrick Cemetery.
