Maria De Araujo formerly Macedo, 88, formerly of Pine St., passed away Friday at Highlander Nursing Center. Born in Fenaes Da Luz, St. Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Jose S. Almeida and Claudina Sousa Melo. Beloved mother of Sandra Thomas, Edwin, Edward, Adelino, Michael, Humberto and Judy Macedo; sister of Germana Tavares. She was also the widow of Adelino Macedo and leaves several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her funeral was private.
