Maria C. Botelho, 79, of Fall River, passed away Thursday after a short illness. Wife of Jeremias Botelho to whom she was married for 58 years. Born in Agua Retorta, St. Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Francisco T. and Helena M. Cabral, Mary came to Fall River in 1951 and worked at the former Able Mfg. Co. for many years. Beloved mother of Michael (wife-Joyce), Edward (wife-Carol) and Jeremiah Botelho; grandmother of Zack, Caleb, Tori and Jake Botelho; sister of Filomena Botelho, Daniel Cabral and the late Jose and Manuel Cabral. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, March 3, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at Oak Grove Cemetery.
