Maria C. Branco, 78, of Fall River, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at St. Anne's Hospital. Born in Agua Retorta, daughter of the late Jose and Maria (Soares) Cabral. She was the wife of Antonio C. Branco. She leaves: 2 children, Filomena and Lucy Branco; 4 siblings, Nancy Soares of Swansea, Manuel Cabral (Wife-Estrela) of Fall River. Jose Cabral (Wife-Madalena) of Westport, and Nick Cabral (Wife- Anna) of Dartmouth; and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Maria Filomena Branco and the late Linda Branco. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, April 21st, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
