Maria B. Cabral, 83, of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Agua Retorta, St. Michael, Azores, she was a daughter of the late Jose Cabral Medeiros and the late Maria G. (Branco) Medeiros.

She loved gardening, cooking, and baking. Maria also enjoyed keeping up with the latest news on CNN and taking care of "Hero", the dog of her grandniece, Natasha. A devout Catholic, she was a long-time parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua where she faithfully attended Mass.

She leaves: her loving sister, Margarida Medeiros, her grandnephew, Alex Garcia, and grandniece, Natasha Garcia, all of Fall River. She was also the sister of the late Manuel Cabral and Deolinda Medeiros and aunt of the late Patricia Garcia.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, January 15th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her private committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
