Maria Fatima Da Camara, 55, of Fall River, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 26, 2019 after a long illness. Born in Faial, Azores, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Maria Inez (Diogo) Camara. She loved to laugh, dance, sing, and simply be with her loving family, especially her nieces and nephews. Always happy and funny, Maria also very much enjoyed "dressing up" and going on long rides in the car. As she was our angel here on earth, she truly is now, our angel above. She leaves: her devoted sister and brothers, Alda Medeiros, Antonio Carvalho and his wife, Maria C., and John Carvalho and wife, Maria M., all of Fall River; and many nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, May 1st, in Espírito Santo Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
