Maria (Tomas) Da Silva, 96, of Tiverton, died on Tuesday.She was the widow of Domingos Da Silva. Born in Arcos de Valdevez, Ermelo, Portugal, daughter of the late Domingos & Maria P. (Fonte) Tomas. Maria has been a resident of Tiverton since 1989. Her survivors include a son, Joaquim (wife Maria) Da Silva of Nashua, NH, daughter, Mrs. Antonio (Olivia) Corga of Tiverton, 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, many nieces & nephews. Also mother of the late Adelaide Tomas & Maria do Ceu Fonte. Funeral Service was held on Thursday, June 19th at 10:00 AM. in the Silva Faria Funeral Home. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett, MA. Pallbearers were Americo, Manuel and Antonio Afonso, Fernando Fonte, Nelson Corga and Jack Da Silva.
