Maria B. Damaso, 81, of Fall River, wife of the late Manuel Damaso passed away December 15, 2017 in St. Anne's Hospital. Born in Agua Retorta, Sao Miguel she was a daughter of the late Manuel Bernado Teixeira and the late Maria (Botelho) Justina.  She leaves behind her beloved son Steven Damaso and his wife Kathy of Fall River. She was the grandmother of Aiden Damaso. Mrs. Damaso also leaves a very large and extended family. Mrs. Damaso had been employed in the local textile industry as a presser for many years prior to her retirement.  Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, December 19th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
