Maria Gloria Vieira, 70, of Fall River, passed away Wednesday after a brief illness. Born in Agua Retorta, Sao Miguel, Azores, daughter of the late Joao Vieira Branco and Maria Carreiro Cabral. She was a retired textile worker. Beloved sister of Sisaltina Medeiros of Canada, Regina Marques of Fall River and the late Maria, Leontina and Manuel Branco, Rosa Andre and Margarida Medeiros. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, December 30, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
