Maria P. Santos, 80, formerly of Palmer St. passed away Thursday at Southpoint Nursing Center. Widow of Domingos M. Santos. Born in Santa Barbara, St. Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Antonio and Amelia (Pacheco) Bento, she immigrated to Fall River in 1975. Beloved mother of Eduardo C. Martins of Fall River; sister of Ines Pacheco of Fall River, Guilhermina Silva of East Providence. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, October 22, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
