Maria Fatima Rodrigues formerly Barreira, 68, formerly of Langley St., passed away Monday after a long battle with lung cancer. Wife of Manuel Rodrigues and formerly widow of Jacinto Barreira. Born in St. Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Hilda Pacheco. Along with her first husband, she founded and managed the former Barreira Chourico Mfg. Co. She was a long time member of the Holy Rosary Sodality of Espirito Santo Church. Fatima is survived by her children, Hilda Arruda (husband-Guilherme), Jesse and Stacy Barreira; her grandchildren, Tania, Catarina and Andrea Arruda and Tabitha Barreira; her sister, Gloria Vidinha; several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, January 17, in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal and entombment at the Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum.
