Maria F. "Sabao" Correia, 82, of Fall River, passed away on Tuesday. Widow of Jose Pacheco Miranda. Born in Ajuda Bretanha, St. Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Carlos and Maria Segunda (Faria) Correia. Maria is survived by her children, Liberal Miranda of Fall River, Jose Miranda, Mario Miranda, Salome Miranda and Fatima Martins, all of St. Michael, Azores; and several siblings, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was also mother of the late Maria dos Santos Correia. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, June 24, in St. Mary's Cathedral followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
