Mariana (Ernesto) Rocha, 85, formerly of Choate St., passed away Monday after a long illness. Widow of Antonio Rocha. Born in Bretanha, St Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Jose and Maria Ernesto. Beloved mother of Antonio (fiancé-Dee) and Joseph (wife-Jane) Rocha, Grace Faris and Maria Raposa; grandmother of Lindsay Raposa, Tim, Joseph, Sarah, Emma and Thomas Rocha; sister of Emma Tavares, Teresa Melo and the late Antonio Camara, Jose, Joaquim, Joao and Manuel Ernesto and Maria Marino. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
