Marie Emily DeNardo, 58, of Fall River, wife of Michael S. DeNardo, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 2, 2020 after a brief illness.

Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late James Primo and the late Eliana (Caceres) Primo (who passed away a day after Marie on January 3, 2020).

She was a case manager for Catholic Social Services for many years and was the primary caretaker, along with her sister, Teresa, for her late mother. Marie loved cooking, baking, cleaning, shopping, and had a strong affection for animals. She also enjoyed dining out and rides to the ocean with her Mom.

Besides her husband of thirty-seven years, she leaves her daughter, Sarah DeNardo of Fall River; her siblings, Victoria B. King of Assonet, Victor P. Primo and his wife, Susan, of Florida, Teresa Primo, Sheila A. Primo, James A. Primo, Jr. and his wife, Judith, Peter J. Primo and his companion, Kathleen, and William C. Primo and his wife, Elaine, all of Fall River; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Her Funeral Mass, together with her mother's, was celebrated on Wednesday, January 8th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by their committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
