Mary A. Cordeiro, 95, of Fall River, wife of Alipio Cordeiro, passed away Saturday night, March 26, 2016, at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Born in Lisbon, Portugal, daughter of the late Manuel & Eugenia (Coelho) Angelo, she lived in Fall River most of her life. She worked in the local textile industry for many years, and was a member of ACTWU, now UNITE. Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Peter A. Cordeiro of Fall River, and several nieces & nephews. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, March 29th, in St. Michael Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
