Mary Gabriela Ostheimer, 61, of Fall River, formerly of Galveston, TX, passed away on Friday. Born in Agua Retorta, St. Michael, Azores, daughter of Josefa (Carreiro) Teixeira of Fall River and the late Gabriel Teixeira. She loved country music and was very skilled at playing billiards - and hiding her talents until just the right moment. She was the mother of Edmundo Silva (girlfriend - Tamra Richard) of Somerset, Tawny Ostheimer of Fall River and Andrew Ostheimer of Texas City, TX; sister of Laudalino Teixeira, Isidro Teixeira, Joseph Teixeira, Honorina Teixeira and Rosa Paquette, all of Fall River; "adopted" mother of Heather Noland of Fall River; grandmother of Michaela Silva, Codey Silva, Ryhanna Elaine Noiseux, Lexi Noland and Dustin Noland. She also leaves many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, March 17th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by a private cremation.
