Mary Sousa Rebelo, 90 of Somerset passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 11, 2009. Widow of Manuel J. Rebelo. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Manuel and Helena (Lima Brum) Carvalho Sousa. She was an active member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society. Mother of Edgar S. and Jesse Rebelo; sister of the late Manuel C. Sousa. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Her funeral Mass was celebrated in St. John of God Church. Pallbears Eddie Medeiros, Norbert George, Manuel Azevedo, John Rodrigues, Joe Sousa and Ed Batista brought Mary to her final resting place at Notre Dame Cemetery.
