Mary S. Silvia, 95, of Somerset, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Tuesday at Somerset Ridge Center. Widow of William Silvia. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Manuel G. & Silvana (Machado) Souza. Owned and operated the North End Beauty Salon in Fall River. Survived by her sister, Luiza Moraes (husband - Manuel) of Somerset and several nieces and nephews. She was also sister of the late Manuel G. Souza, Jr. and Edward Souza. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 20, in our Somerset Chapel. She was buried at Nathan Slade Cemetery.
