Mary Silvia (Texceira), 87, passed away Friday, July 13, 2018.  She was the wife of the late George Silvia. Mary was born in Dighton, and was a daughter of the late  Amos and Mary (Oliveira) Texceira. Mrs. Silvia was employed at various garment manufacturers as a seamstress.  She was the mother of Bob Silvia (wife-Sheri) and George Silvia (wife-Denise) both of Somerset.  Mary was the sister of Clara Worsley of Somerset and Alfred Texceira of Little Compton, Rhode Island.She is  also survived by 2 grandchildren Lauren Silvia and Gabrielle Silvia. She was the sister of the late Manuel Texceira and Margaret Woodhouse. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, July 16th, in St. Patrick Church followed by her committal at Nathan Slade Cemetery, Somerset.
