Obituary

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Peter M. Mildred was kind and charitable and having reached 100 years of age, often reminisced about her beloved parents, Pete & Ida, and late brother Bob heading to a 10 cent Saturday matinee in the 1940s or grabbing coffee cabinets at Dolf's Ice Cream in Fall River.

Mildred was predeceased by her eldest son, Jack Toulan, and survived by her son, Edward B. Toulan Jr., and wife Paula, of Rehoboth and daughters, Colleen R. LeComte, and husband Steve, of Tiverton, RI, and Erin M. Price, and husband Gary, of Mansfield.  She had eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews, including niece Jo-Ann Melchert, and husband Jack, and nephew Peter J.
