Najba W. Harfouche, 95, of Fall River, wife of the late Maroun Harfouche, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 after a long illness.  Born in Jezzine, Lebanon, she was a daughter of the late Assad and Almaza (Assi) Wehbe.  She was a homemaker, a role she fulfilled to perfection. Najba loved cooking, baking, sewing, crocheting, and playing cards. An impeccable dresser, she also enjoyed socializing and, in her younger years, her daily walks. But what she enjoyed most was spending time with her loving family. She leaves: her children, Joseph M. Harfouche and his wife Raghida, Marie Corey (late husband Tofick), of Fall River, Samira Asmar and her husband Maroun, Mona Hindi and her husband Fouad, of Lebanon, and Salwa Matar and her husband Maroun of Canada; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Younis Wehbe and Manwa Skaff. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, January 14th, in St. Anthony of the Desert Church followed by her committal at Oak Grove Cemetery.
