Natalia (Amaral) Camara, 82, of Fall River, widow of Antonio R. Camara, passed away peacefully at Catholic Memorial Home on Friday. Born in Bretanha, St.Michael, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Miguel P. and Maria daLuz (Amaral) Amaral. A true homemaker, Natalia enjoyed watching her Portuguese soap operas and cooking for her family, making several types of soups that could feed an army. A devout Catholic, she taught by example, showing her love and devotion for her family through her daily work. She is survived by her seven children:  Alda Simmons, Antonio A. Camara, Joseph L. Camara and his wife Maria L., Joaquim Camara and his wife Ana, Vasco M. Camara, and Alexander M. Camara, all of Fall River, and Paul Camara and his wife Natalie of Swansea; nine grandchildren; three sisters: Luisa Amaral, Alda Miranda, and Maria Amaral Leblanc; three brothers: Vasco , Miguel, and Joao Amaral; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Carlos Camara and sister of the late Edwin Amaral. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, August 8th, in Espírito Santo Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery.
