Nelson "Nelly" Pereira, 28, of Fall River, passed away on Friday following a car accident. Born in Fall River, son of Amilcar S. and Zelia (Raposo) Pereira of Fall River. A graduate of Diman Regional High School, Class of 2001, he studied woodworking. An employee of the StoneCraft Inc. in Seekonk, he loved working on cars, especially Hondas. Besides his parents, Nelson is survived by a brother, Ricardo Pereira; a sister, Julianne Perreira; grandmother, Alda Raposo and several nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, May 3, in St. Anne's Church followed by his committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
