Noema Raposo, 94, of Fall River, widow of Michael P. Raposo, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Frank Medeiros and the late Iria (Souza) Medeiros. She was a very strong, independent woman who loved her family deeply.

Noema is survived by: a daughter, Beverly Belanger and her husband Ken of Austin, Texas; three siblings, Frank Medeiros of South Hamilton, MA, Leonard Medeiros of fall River, and Lydia Calise of Fall River; a grandson, Kellan Belanger of Houston, Texas; and twelve beloved nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late Daniel Medeiros and Ida Rioux.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, June 17th, in St. Anthony of Padua Church followed by her committal at Oak Grove Cemetery.
