Norman T. Cabral, 83, of Fall River, passed away Monday at home. Husband of the late Rose (Martin) Cabral. Born in Fall River, son of the late Francisco and Deolinda (Mello) Cabral. A Navy veteran of the Korean War, Norman went on to work for New England Telephone Co., which later became A.T. & T., from where he retired. An active parishioner of the former St. Elizabeth Church where he sang in the choir and served as an Eucharistic Minister. He was also president of the former St. Elizabeth Credit Union and a member of the AT&T Retiree Club. Brother of the late Frank Cabral, Sr., Norman is survived by 2 nephews, Frederick Cabral of CA, and Frank Cabral, Jr. of GA and several nieces and cousins. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Monday, August 1st, in Holy Trinity Parish Church followed by his committal with military honors at St. Patrick Cemetery.
