Odilia R. Pavao, 88, of Somerset, wife of the late Joao M. Pavao, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023. She was born in Ajuda Bretanha, St. Michael, Azores and was a daughter of the late Manuel and Alexandrina (Martins Pimental) Costa. She was a machine operator at River Falls for most of her life.

She loved spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren who were the apples of her eyes. Odilia is survived by: her daughter, Maria D. Stahl of Medfield, MA; two grandchildren, Zachary and Zara Stahl; a brother-in-law, Gilbert Pavao of St. Michael, Azores; a sister-in-law, Maria Costa of Thunderbay, Canada; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Manuel Costa, Maria Tavares, Jamie Costa, Luis Costa, William Costa and Jose "Bento" Farias.  Odilia was a beautiful soul and will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Odilia's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the loving staff at the Slade's Ferry Unit of Somerset Ridge Center for the exceptional care given to her.

Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, April 1st, in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal at Notre Dame Cemetery both in Fall River.
