Olivia L. Nobrega, 94, of Somerset, passed away Saturday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Wife of Arthur Nobrega, to whom she was married for 73 years. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Leite. She worked for the former Fall River Knitting Mills for 45 years. She loved bird watching, puzzles and cooking. Beloved mother of Maureen Helfenbein (husband-Bernard) of Swansea; grandmother of Jake and Shayna Helfenbein; great grandmother of Travis; sister of Francesca Petisca of Fall River and the late Joseph, Leo, Gil and Dennis Leite, Laura Brown and Senator Mary L. Fonseca. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Following her cremation, a Memorial Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, August 5, at St. John of God Church in Somerset.
