Olivia Santos-Dion, 85, of Fall River, formerly of Westport, wife of the late Donald Santos, passed away peacefully on Sunday. Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Maria Lia (Carvalho) Silva. A devout Catholic, she was a member of the Holy Rosary Sodality and the Women's Guild. She was also past President of the Lafayette Place Senior Club and Chairlady of the Flint Reunion Committee. Olivia was a diehard Red Sox fan and also enjoyed playing cards, bingo, the Holidays, and going out for breakfast. But what was most important to her was her loving family. She leaves: her son Michael Santos and his wife Kathy of Fall River; granddaughters, Jaime Santos and her fiancé Chris and Holly Miranda and her husband David; great-grandchildren, Hayley, McKenna, and Kyla Miranda; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Manuel "Curly" Silvia, Sister Maria Silva F.M.M., and Deolinda Silvia. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, September 7th, in Espirito Santo Church followed by her committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
