Palmira M. Rodrigues, 86, of Fall River passed away on Saturday. Born in Ribeira Grande, St. Michael, Azores, daughter of the late Manuel Antonio and Diamantina M. (Vargas) Rodrigues. Survivors include her sisters, Teresinha Medeiros and Ermelinda Coroa, both of Fall River; her goddaughter, Elizabeth Robitaille of Fall River; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Maria de Lourdes Rodrigues, Antonio Rodrigues and Manuel Rodrigues. Her Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, October 31, 2013 in St. Anthony of Padua Church. She was laid to rest at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Fall River.
