Pasquale 'Pat' Guerriero, age 77, of Swansea, past president of the former Swan Finishing Co., passed away Thursday, April 12, unexpectedly in Orlando, FL. Husband of Sandra (Varanese) Guerriero. Born in Brooklyn, son of the late Ralph and Yolanda (Aqualino) Guerriero. After his service in the US Army, he joined the family business his father founded and rose to its presidency. A real estate agent, he was active in the Fall River Rotary Club and was also a past member of the Knights of Columbus in Swansea and the Fall River Chamber of Commerce. An avid golfer, he belonged to Metacomet Country Club in East Providence. Father of Angela Guerriero and Theresa Friedman (husband – Keith); grandfather of Taylor and Olivia Friedman and brother of Ralph A. Guerriero, Jr. of Portsmouth, RI. Pat also leaves his former wife, Patricia Guerriero and many nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass was celebrated at St Francis of Assisi Church on Gardners Neck Road in Swansea on Monday, April 23, followed by his internment in his family lot at St. Patrick Cemetery in Somerset.
