Pasquale A. Mazzarella, 76, of Fall River and former husband of Rose (Sousa) Mazzarella, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Sarah Brayton Nursing Home after a long illness. Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late Antone B. Mazzarella and the late Louise (Facchiano) Mazzarella.

Prior to his retirement he was a pipe fitter in the local construction industry for many years. He loved fishing, hunting, especially for pheasant, and, in his younger days, playing baseball. Pasquale also enjoyed family gatherings where he would cherish the quality time with all his family, especially his grandchildren.

He leaves: his son, Andrew Mazzarella-Faria and his wife, Patricia, of Dartmouth; six grandchildren; his two sisters, Catherine Ferry (late husband, Stephen) of Tiverton, and Annette Martin and her husband, Gerald, of Fall River; two brothers, James Mazzarella and his wife, Susan, of Westport, and Antone Mazzarella and his wife, Donna, of Fall River; and many nieces and nephews.

Following his private cremation, a prayer service was held on Thursday, May 27th, during a visitation period in our Fall River Chapel.
