Paul M. Elias, 44, of Berkley, formerly of Fall River, passed away on June 14, 2009. Born in Ribeira Seca, Ribeira Grande, St. Michael, Azores, he was a son of Adelino and Zenaide (Ferreira) Elias of Fall River. A construction foreman, Paul was currently with LM Holdings, LLC and formerly with Modern Continental Construction. He was vice president of the Portuguese-American Club in New Bedford and enjoyed golfing and riding his Harley. Besides his parents, survivors include; 2 daughters, Jaide and Sage Elias of Freetown; a brother: Luis M. Elias (wife Lee Ann) of Westport; a sister, Fatima F. Sheffield (fiancé – Rick St. Pierre) of Fall River and grandmother, Angelina Ferreira of Fall River. He was also uncle of Corey Elias, and Kayla and Ethan Sheffield and leaves several aunts and uncles. His funeral Mass was celebrated in Espirito Santo Church. Pallbearers Luis Melo, John Pereira, Kevin Raposa, Fernando Vega, Joe Costa and Danny Deminico brought Paul to his final resting place at St Patrick Cemetery.
