Paul A. Rodrigues, 48, of Lancaster, South Carolina, formerly of Fall River, died Saturday, November 8, 2008 after a long illness. Born and raised in Fall River, son of Jeanette (Isabel) Rodrigues of Fall River and the late Bento P. Rodrigues, he lived in South Carolina for the past two years. A graduate of Diman Regional Voc-Tech High School, he had worked for about 10 years repairing trucks as a diesel mechanic. He was an avid fisherman and die-hard Patriot's fan. Besides his mother, he is survived by: sons, Paul Jr. & Jonathan; siblings, Bento J. Rodrigues, Janice Dupuis & Laurie Schmidt all of Fall River, Edward Rodrigues of Las Vegas and Christopher Rodrigues of Lancaster, SC; several nieces and nephews. His funeral was private.
