Pedro A. Amaral, 57, of Westport, husband of Madalena (Silva) Amaral, passed away at St. Anne's Hospital on Friday, December 24, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones. Born in Sao Vicente, Sao Miguel, Azores, a son of Maria Celestina (Melo) Amaral of Sao Vicente, Sao Miguel, Azores, and the late Eduardo Amaral, he emigrated to the Fall River area in 1987.

He was employed as a sales team project manager for over 20 years with Rabcom Communications, a Comcast affiliate. Pedro was an avid soccer fan and a longtime member of the Madeirense Club, where he had also served on its board for a time.

He is survived by his beautiful wife, his son, Stefan E. Amaral of Westport; two siblings, Eduardo Amaral of Rochester, MA, and Ana Conceicao Amaral of São Vicente, Sao Miguel, Azores; and several nieces and nephews.

Following a private cremation, His Memorial Funeral Mass was celebrated on Friday, December 31st, in St. Anthony of Padua Church.
