Philomena B. Letendre, 97, of North Dighton, passed away at home on November 22, 2011. Widow of Wilfred Letendre. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Vincent and Josephine (Pettine) D'Andrea, she was a resident of No. Dighton for 27 years. Beloved mother of Richard Letendre, with whom she resided; sister of the late Grace Botelho, Vincent and John D'Andrea; aunt of Maureen Boland of So. Yarmouth, Susan Considine of Arkansas, Frank Botelho of Virginia, Vincent D'Andrea of Newport and Carol Teague of Arizona. In keeping with her wishes, Mrs. Letendre was cremated. A memorial Mass was celebrated in St. Nicholas of Myra Church. In her memory, donations may be made to Steward Hospice Care, 275 Martine Street, Ste. 109, Fall River 02723.
