Ralph S. Weaver, 71, of Dighton, husband of Holly J. Morgan, passed away peacefully at home on September 7, 2019 after a long illness. Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Herbert S. and Catherine (Thompson) Weaver. A retired State Police Sergeant, formerly with the MDC Police of Boston. He was an avid motorcycle rider and collector and, in his younger years, enjoyed building and renovating homes, including building a stone house in Carver. Besides his wife, he leaves: his daughters, Jennifer Weaver of Southborough, MA, and Kelly Foster and her husband, Mick, of Northborough, MA; two grandchildren, Kiera James and Declan Foster; his sisters, Dot Mahoney of Marlborough, MA and Pat Weaver of Arizona; a brother, Larry Weaver of Ashland, MA; and several nieces and nephews. His arrangements, under the direction of Silva-Faria Funeral Homes, were private.
