Remo B. Ciolfi, 80, of Fall River, loving husband of Eva "Rita" (Polselli), passed away peacefully Sunday morning. Born in Italy to the late Eleuterio and Filomena (Sbardella) Ciolfi. For most of his life he was a tailor in the local garment industry, later becoming co-owner of Marzilli's  Bakery on Bedford St. He enjoyed gardening, wine-making, and cooking with his grandchildren. An avid golfer, he was a member of the Fall River Country Club for many years. Remo was also a longtime member of The Sons of Italy Lodge #1035 in Fall River. Most importantly, he truly loved being with his family. Besides his wife, he leaves his sons, Laurence Ciolfi and his wife Terri of Seekonk and Steven Ciolfi of Fall River; his daughter, Maria Ciolfi-Abrams and her husband James of Phoenix, AZ; four grandchildren , Sara and Jordan Abrams and Jacob and Thomas Ciolfi; two sisters Irma Boero and Marie Conte; a brother Ezzio Ciolfi; and many nieces and nephews. Remo was also the brother of the late Mario and Rocco Ciolfi. His Funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, March 2nd, in Holy Rosary Church followed by his committal at St. Patrick Cemetery.
