Richard T. Silvia, 73, of Somerset, passed away on February, 20, 2016. Born in Dighton, son of the late Adeline L. (Souza) and Manuel B. Silvia; brother of Irene Rhines (husband - Wilfred) of Dighton and the late Marilyn Carreaux, Olga Dennison, Robert Silvia and Russell Silvia. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
